Day 1: Arrival in Rome (D)

Arrive in Rome, and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Rome.

Days 2-3: Rome (B),(D) After breakfast,

explore the city on foot and visit sights that include the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Discover little cafes and eateries as you stroll through the streets absorbing as much culture and history as you can. On

Day 3, visit Via Condotti or Via Veneto

for some retail therapy, or book a tour and visit the iconic Colosseum. Overnights in Rome.

Day 4: Rome - Florence (B),(D) After breakfast

collect your rental car and head to Florence. Discover the many marvels of this wonderful Renaissance city including its most famous art museums and the Duomo Cathedral. Overnight in Florence. Approximate distance: 277 km/ 171 mi. Estimated journey time: 2hrs 50mins.

Day 5: Florence (B),(D) Explore the neighbouring

charming towns of Siena, famous for its medieval streets, gothic Cathedral and scenic views of the countryside, San Gimignano, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through cobblestoned streets and small squares, walk between the 14 famous towers, and visit Pisa’s famous leaning tower and Cathedral. Overnight in Florence.

Day 6: Florence - Padua – Venice (B),(D) After breakfast, depart Florence for Venice and along the way stop in Padua, where you can visit the famous Cathedral of St. Anthony, guarded by Donatello’s “Gattamelata”. Continue onwards to Venice, upon arrival drop of your car at Piazzale Roma and check in to your hotel. Overnight in Venice. Approximate distance: 258 km/ 160 mi. Estimated journey time: 2hrs 35mins.

Day 7: Venice (B),(D) Enjoy a panoramic guided

walking tour of this unique city. You will see St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica of St. Mark, Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and the Prisons. Take an optional tour of the city by boat, it is truly the best way to see Venice and the islands. On the tour you will cross the lagoon with a view of the islands and reach the island of Murano where you can witness the art of glass blowing and do some shopping. Take the rest of the day to explore Venice’s quaint alleys on foot snacking on delightful local specialities as you go. Overnight in Venice.

Day 8: Departure from Venice (B)
